Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to have a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience with us. If you need to return or exchange a product, please review the following policy:

Terms & Conditions

  • Timeframe: Customers have 1 day from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Product Condition: The item and its packaging must be in their original, unused, and unopened condition, just as you received them.

  • How to Request: To submit a return or exchange request, please contact us via WhatsApp at +966596671237 and provide the following information:

    • Your order number.

    • The name of the product(s) you wish to return or exchange.

    • The reason for the return or exchange.

Shipping Costs

  • Store Error: If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item), we will cover all shipping costs.

  • Other Cases: In all other cases, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return or exchange.

    • Exchange Fee: The shipping fee for an exchange is 70 SAR. The item to be exchanged will be shipped via SMSA Express.

    • Return Fee: The shipping fee for a return is 35 SAR, which will be deducted from the product"s value.

  • Refused Shipments: If a customer refuses to accept a shipment or fails to receive it within the designated time, the customer will be responsible for both the shipping and return fees.

Refund Policy

  • Refund Method: The refund will be processed using the original payment method. For example, if you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card.

  • Processing Time: After we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be transferred to your bank account within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 5-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank"s or card issuer"s policies.
